The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.

Delivery is available to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses. All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Once the order is processed, all domestic orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail® and will usually be received within 2 to 3 business days. While every effort is made to insure that your order arrives in good order, we are not responsible for lost or damaged orders once they leave our facility and all claims must be made by the customer to the US Postal Service. Orders shipped outside the US will incur an additional $20.00 charge to cover increased shipping and handling costs and will be shipped via "International First Class Mail". We cannot track or guarantee the delivery of your order once it leaves the continental US. While every effort will be made to insure you receive your order, international orders are at your own risk. Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders shipped outside the US will incur an additional $20.00 charge to cover increased shipping and handling costs. We cannot track or guarantee the delivery of your order once it leaves the continental US. While every effort will be made to insure you receive your order, international orders are at your own risk. (any customs or taxes due the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer). We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges that we incurred sending the order initially to you.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), with a letter explaining the reason for the return, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.
Returning An Item
Here are the basic steps for returns:
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Enclose a copy of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Most items on our site are "in stock" and "ready to ship". Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.
Most orders for "in-stock" items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your "in-stock" item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
